I'm Proud to be Elgin-Middlesex-London's PC Candidate

Rob graduated from the University of Guelph in 1979, and began his business career with Masterfeeds Inc., a national agribusiness, employing over 650 people across Canada. 

He started working as a sales trainee and quickly became the company's youngest-ever President and CEO in 1993. In 2003, he received the Golden Award from the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada for his industry leadership and service. He was elected a Director of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair board in 2008 and served as Chair & President in 2018 and 2019. 

Rob is current the Vice-President of the Canadian Hereford Association and owner/operator of Dorbay Polled Herefords, his family cattle operation. 

Rob is the founder of The Charity Classic, an annual golf tournament in its 27th year, which supports the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Southwestern Ontario and Camp Trillium. 

He has served as a Director and Chair of the London International Airport, past Chair of St. Peter's Seminary Foundation, and co-founder of the London and Surrounding Communities Bishop's dinner.

Rob is married to Denise who is lead singer of the JUNO award-winning band Leahy, and they are proud parents of their daughter Emily. Rob and Denise have called Dorchester home since 1994.
